The business you worked so hard to build has become an exhausting hamster wheel—and you’re starting to wonder how you’re ever going to get off.
You know you need help. But hiring someone feels risky. And even if you find the right person, who has the time to train them and make sure they actually know what to do?
If you feel like you’ve worked yourself into a pair of golden handcuffs, don’t worry. I’ve got the key. But first, let me explain how I found it.
Hi, I’m Wendy.
I help growth-minded real estate leaders build businesses that are more profitable, more scalable, and…most importantly…less dependent on them.
I work with top-producing solo agents and team leaders who have already established a successful business and are ready to multiply their results without sacrificing the life they’re building outside of work.
More revenue. More impact. More freedom.
My Origin Story
I possess an inner drive to turn chaos into structure. It's the superpower I use to help teams thrive and turn potential into performance.
But it wasn't always this way.
Growing up, I was a quiet kid with a very active mind who daydreamed endlessly — what we'd now call ADHD, though it went undiagnosed until adulthood. Reading a book cover to cover felt impossible, but put a piece of music in front of me and I could focus for hours. I excelled at it, and went on to play professionally in ensembles around the world.
Music taught me a critical skill: how to build structure around the way my brain works with daily practice, accountability and systems. Eventually, I brought that same discipline into real estate.
I started my real estate career in 2014 in Baltimore, then New York City, with no established network in either market. I built my business the hard way, through high-volume prospecting, which required relentless organization. So, I developed simple, repeatable systems along the way that I later taught to other agents.
After a decade in the industry, I noticed something: agents who wanted to grow had access to dozens of proven models, yet even the best of them struggled to execute. What they needed wasn't another plug-n-play strategy. They needed a plan to create structure in their business using their processes, their tools and their people, with hands-on support to bring it to life.
That's the gap I set out to fill.
“Mary Poppins” for Your Real Estate Business
Some people call me a "fixer." Others call me "Mary Poppins" for their business. Either way, my clients have achieved some amazing results:
Take John, a Washington, DC-based agent who went from top-producing solo agent to founder of his own nationally recognized team. He now runs a highly profitable business and takes two extended vacations a year — fully unplugged.
Or Nikolay and Julia, leaders of a real estate company in NYC, who've completely removed themselves from day-to-day operations, giving them back two days a week. Their internal systems now add real value for agent recruits, helping them attract top talent and grow their team 3x.
Or Marc, a DC, Maryland, and Virginia-based agent who stepped out of production entirely to run his team as CEO.
