Well, Hey there!

Thanks for stopping by! If you’re curious about my story, you’ll find it tucked neatly below.

A smiling woman with shoulder-length red hair, wearing a black dress with a V neckline, standing with her hand on her hip against a teal background with a pattern of white circles.
  • In my ‘first life’, I trained and performed as a classical clarinetist for over 20 years—playing with professional orchestras across the U.S. and parts of Asia. The discipline, precision, and deep listening it required still shape how I approach everything I do.

Since then, I’ve followed a non-linear path through teaching, retail leadership, and—since 2014—the real estate industry. Each chapter has added another layer to my arsenal of skills, but one thread has remained constant: I’m at my best when I’m solving complex problems and creating the kind of structure that gives teams the freedom to do their best work.

Some people call me a fixer. Others call me Mary Poppins for their business. Either way, the results are the same: I design systems that make chaos manageable, help teams thrive, and turn potential into performance.

Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me hiking a trail, playing fetch with my dog Fernie, lifting weights at the gym, reading or listening to a podcast.

  • I started my real estate career as an agent in Baltimore and New York City, where I had no built-in network and had to earn every lead from scratch. In Baltimore, that meant cold-calling expired listings; in New York, it meant  building relationships from the ground up, hustling in NYC’s fast-paced rental market and prospecting buildings for sales. To keep up, I had to stay relentlessly organized, leading me to build systems for following up consistently and delivering a great client experience—no matter how chaotic the day got.

Drawn to a slower pace and more time in nature, I returned to the D.C. area and shifted behind the scenes—supporting top-producing teams through operations, transaction management,  marketing and even running a creative agency. That 360-degree view gave me rare insight into what really makes a real estate business sustainable and scalable.

Today, I help agents and teams clean up the backend, solve messy challenges, and implement smart systems—so you can run a business that actually supports the life you want.

  • If I could choose a superpower, it wouldn’t be the kind you read about in comic books. It would be the ability to show someone a vivid glimpse of who they are at their highest potential—their most fulfilled, capable, lit-up self.

Some people can see that vision and immediately rise to meet it. But most of us need structure. We need systems that remove friction, keep us aligned, and make follow-through feel effortless.

That’s where I come in. Designing those systems—and helping you build a business around your best self—is my real-life superpower.
